These guidelines are in place to support a respectful, transparent, and aligned experience for all clients.

Each session is held with care and intention, and the following policies help honour both your time and mine.

Booking & Payment: All sessions are booked in advance through the online booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your Healing Touch session. Once payment is received, your session is confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email with details.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the time to another client. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are not eligible for refund.

Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect all clients’ appointments. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, with no refund for missed time.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of this work and the time reserved specifically for you, all sessions are non-refundable.

Privacy & Confidentiality: Your privacy is deeply respected.

All personal information shared before, during, and after your sessions is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.

This website may collect limited personal information (such as your name, email address, or details you provide through booking forms or contact forms) in order to schedule sessions, communicate with you, and provide services.

Basic website data (such as pages visited or time spent on the site) may also be collected through cookies or analytics tools to help improve the user experience.

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Virtual sessions are conducted using secure platforms; however, by participating, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with electronic communication.
