Payment &
Booking Policy

Payment at Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Healing Touch session. Payments can be made online through our booking platform.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect all clients’ appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with no refund for missed time.

Session Confirmation: Once payment is received, your session is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with details.

Refunds: Refunds are generally not offered once a session is paid, except in exceptional circumstances.
